Timeline

My next doctor appointment in on Monday the 6th. We will then know if everything looks okay and what our timeline looks like as far as how much monitoring I will need to make sure nothing goes wrong and if Jeremy and I have to wait to try again.

I pray that when the timing is right that my next pregnancy will be normal and that we don't have to go through this again. It has been a really tough road, but thanks to our family and friends we have been fighting through it.

I have been feeling really mad that it happend and feelings of how unfair it is. I know that it is immature, but I just don't understand why us.

Pray that I will feel peace about this soon and that it doesn't affect us in a negative way.

Thanks again for all the support.

Doctor's Results

For those of you that don't know, we received some bad news on Monday. We found out that we had an abnormal pregnancy and I would not carry it to term. The preliminary results were that there was tissue in my uterus that didn't form into a baby.

We are trying really hard to see what God has planned for us, but for right now it is hard to see the silver lining.

Thank you to all of our family and friends that have been supporting us and praying for us through this tough time.

We love you!

Rescheduled

I hope that this finds everyone doing well! I was supposed to have my first Dr. Appointment today, but the doc had an emergency and had to reschedule. My new appointment will be Monday Feb. 20th at 9:30. I will have a list of questions by then and will hopefully get some answers on how things are going and what to expect!

Other than that Jeremy and I are still keeping busy with all that life has to offer!

We ended up trading in the Chrysler Sebring and buying a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. I think that it will work very well for a family car/Real Estate car. It has lots of space in the back seat for the little one's car seat(When he or she comes into the picture) and it has a huge trunk for all the Real Estate signs and etc.

I will try to get some pictures on this blog soon! I know I keep saying that. Things are so busy these days, can't seem to slow down.

Anticipation

I am past the half-way mark in my first trimester and everything seems to be going okay! I haven't seen the doctor yet, but I will go in on the 16th this month. I will hopefully get a lot of questions answered; although I have to write down all of my questions first! Jeremy is continually being a very supportive husband, no matter how emotional I get. Thanks honey! I promise that I will make this blog a little more exciting once we are able to get some pictures going. Hopefully even some ultrasound pictures!

I appreciate all of my Friends and Family! What a big support they have been! Your prayers go very far and are very powerful! Please also be praying for my Grandma as she is recoperating from surgery. Thanks!

Other things that have been going on in the Davis household:

Jeremy had his first closing in late December and is looking forward to more success in 2006. He is still enjoying helping people find a nice house for the best deal that he can get for them! We are also hoping to sell our condo and move into a house before the little one arrives! Jeremy donated blood last week for the Annual Matthew Ridge Peterson Memorial Fund! That was an experience! Our whole family appreciated that!

I am still working at Vesta Technology in the Finance department and learning more and more everyday! When I have some free time, I enjoy getting together with Friends and Family!

We had an old friend in town this last week. He is living in Taiwan right now teaching english. We will miss Matt as he has to go back this week. Have a safe flight!

The Discovery

How excited both Jeremy and I were the morning we found out that we were going to have a baby!! It was around 5am on a Friday when I took the test! I wasn't very far along if I was pregnant, but I had to know! Then once we found out the exciting news I had to tell everyone!! I have started this website so that Friends and Family can visit it and see pictures and read about what is going on in our lives.

My friend Jennifer gave me the idea, I just hope that my website is as good as hers someday!

I have been feeling fine, just a little nauseous and tired. Thank God I haven't been really sick. I hope this continues to be a good pregnancy. Keep us in your prayers! They really have helped us through some good and bad times!
